Differentiating Through Magic

In a sea of sameness, it was critical to get inside this corporate-coaching organisation’s brand so that we could build its DNA into a unique narrative that would provide a clear differentiation and direction for a growing and evolving business.

We created a brand strategy for Insight, the outputs of which were expressed in the form of a book that articulates every inch of the organisation – from the way it behaves internally to how it gets to know and serve its customers.

The book is now used as a blueprint for developing the brand and also as an internal manifesto for new staff.
