Specialising in brand and property marketing for some time inspired us to release a series of postcards offering valuable insight for developers currently working on new projects.

The front side is suburb specific while the other side comes together like a jigsaw puzzle to form a quick reference map of Melbourne.

Designed to help better market and ultimately sell to target audiences, each postcard highlights trends, audience profiles (where and how they eat, drink and play), a few key-stats around suburb profiles, and a general taste of each locale's culture. We used a combination of learnings from past projects, what we personally know about each suburb, and real facts — all intended to help create a more customer-centric property campaign.
