As a world leader in transit technology, Vix had a great story to tell, but it wasn’t being heard.
A new vision for the business was developed and rolled out via an employee engagement program across 10 countries. Once the business was engaged in the new vision, the brand was relaunched internally and internationally. We developed over 300 pieces of collateral, along with a new multilingual website, trade stands and VixTV: an internally broadcast TV show hosted by Max Walker.
The new brand has helped Vix secure more contracts and win more pitches than ever before. It has also created alignment within the organisation and encouraged significant growth for the business. Vix Technology UK also made it onto the London Stock Exchange ‘1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ list.
