One Story Told Two Ways

Property development is an increasingly competitive industry and potential home owners are flooded with choice. They need to know the differences among brands. Without them, it’s pretty simple: price becomes the difference.

This piece showcases our winning formula along with how we use story telling to differentiate from the competition. We created two personalities - Jonas who most likely lives in Carlton and Jonathan who lives in South Yarra. We did this to show how our research and audience understanding allows us to develop campaigns that have meaning and value for our clients customers while breaking through clutter.
